Any officer or employee, or member of the construction board of adjustment and appeals, charged with the enforcement of this code, acting for the applicable governing authority in the discharge of his duties, is hereby relieved from all personal liability, for any damage as a result of the discharge of his duties under this code. Any officer, employee or member of the construction board of adjustment and appeals shall be indemnified by the City of Cape Canaveral from any law suit brought by any party against same as a result of any act taken in the discharge of his duties under the Cape Canaveral code of Ordinances.
