The city reserves the right to terminate any agreement and to refuse waste from any lot or parcel of land upon which there is located any building or activity which does not comply with this division, supply proper metering of waste, or which is not within its designated service area. The city reserves the right to immediately halt any discharge that is an imminent danger to the system or users of the system and to seek injunctive relief.
