Section 78-200. Adoption of Chapter 62-610, F.A.C.

The construction, maintenance and use of the reclaimed water system of the city shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 62-610, Florida Administrative code. In the event any of the provisions of Chapter 62-610 are more restrictive than the provisions of the city code, the applicable provisions of Chapter 62-610, FAC shall prevail.
