Pursuant to F.S. chs. 316 and 318, the city shall participate in the county's civil traffic hearing officer program as set forth in sections 106-75, 106-76, 106-77 and 106-49, excepting that certain fee schedule as adopted in 106-49(a)(1) of the ordinances of the county.
