The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

utilities service means electricity, metered or bottled gas (natural, liquefied petroleum or manufactured), water service, fuel oil and telecommunications services as defined in F.S. § 203.012.
