Each principal building shall bear the number assigned to the frontage on which the front entrance is located. If a principal building is a multiple-family structure comprised of four or more dwelling units, the principal building shall bear a separate number, and each dwelling unit therein shall affix a letter suffix or apartment number suffix to the building number.
