If the administrator shall find that any of the sections of this article are being violated, he shall notify the property owner or occupant of such violations, in writing, indicating the nature of the violation and ordering any action necessary to correct it. Any person found guilty of violating any of the sections of this article after a first written warning shall be punished in accordance with section 1-15. In addition to any other remedies, whether civil or criminal, violations of this article may be enforced by the code enforcement board and may be restrained by injunction, including a mandatory injunction, and otherwise abated in any manner provided by law.
