Section 110-441. Minimum floor area.
In a residential planned unit development, the minimum floor area per unit shall be as follows:
(1) Single-family dwellings, attached or detached, unless waived by city council, 1,100 square feet.
(2) duplex, 750 square feet.
(3) multi-family dwellings:
a. Efficiency, 450 square feet.
b. One bedroom, 650 square feet.
c. Two bedrooms, 750 square feet.
d. Three bedrooms, 950 square feet.
