Section 110-373. Minimum setbacks.

For townhouses, the minimum setbacks required shall be as follows:

(1) Front, 25 feet.

(2) Side, end unit, eight feet.

(3) Side, interior unit, zero feet.

(4) Rear, 15 feet.

(5) Side, corner lot, 25 feet; on all nonconforming lots of record, 15 feet.
