Section 110-356. Area and dimensions.

In the M-1 light industrial and research and development district, the area and dimensions shall be as follows:

(1) Minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet.

(2) Minimum lot width shall be 75 feet.

(3) Minimum lot depth shall be 100 feet.

(4) Maximum lot coverage shall be 50 percent.

(5) Minimum floor area shall be 300 square feet.

(6) The maximum height of all buildings constructed within the M-1 zoning district shall be 45 feet.
