Section 10-91. City manager's responsibilities.
Ultimate responsibility for the administration of this article is vested in the city manager. The city manager is responsible for:
(1) Verifying information contained in applications for adult entertainment licenses and for issuing all licenses.
(2) The inspection of licensed premises and premises for which a license application is made in order to pass upon the construction and physical configuration of the premises involved.
(3) The inspection of licensed premises and premises for which a license application is made to ascertain compliance with:
a. All fire prevention codes, statutes or ordinances in effect in the city;
b. City and county health codes and applicable state laws and regulations; and
c. All zoning and all other applicable land use laws as provided in subpart B of this code.
