(a) Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the sections of this article shall be punished as provided by section 1-15.

(b) The city council may revoke the special outdoor entertainment permit granted and shall immediately notify the city treasurer to revoke any occupational license upon the occurrence of any violation of this article.
