The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

outdoor entertainment events means any gathering of groups or persons for the purpose of participating in, viewing, observing, watching or listening to entertainment which consists of musical renditions, sporting contests or events, festivals or other entertainment not conducted within a completely enclosed structure.
