CAPITAL EXPANSION FUND
This fund was initiated in Fiscal Year 1993/1994.  The Impact Fees contained here have been established in an attempt to cover the cost of providing Capital Facilities and Infrastructure needs to serve new development.  These fees are collected from the issuance of building permits for new construction.
