Our operational audit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007, disclosed the following:

Finding No. 1:    Improvements were needed in the procedures for monitoring the usage of motor vehicle fuel inventories.

Finding No. 2:    Our tests of student enrollment reported to the Florida Department of Education for the Adults with Disabilities Program disclosed duplicate reporting of some students.

Finding No. 3:    The College had not developed a formal information technology (IT) security awareness program to inform personnel of the importance of preserving the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data and IT resources entrusted to them.
