Summary

This report provides the results of our follow-up procedures for each of the findings included in our report No. 2005-178 and the Mayor’s responses thereto.  Our follow-up procedures to determine the City of Weeki Wachee’s progress in addressing the findings and recommendations contained in our report No. 2005-178 disclosed that the City, as of the completion of our follow‑up procedures in February 2007, had adequately addressed 2 of the 20 findings included in that report.  The City had partially addressed 7 findings, and had taken no action regarding the remaining 11 findings.

The Mayor’s responses to our findings are included in this report as Appendix A.
