The operational audit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, and selected actions taken prior and subsequent thereto, disclosed the following:
Finding No. 1: College records did not demonstrate the public benefit of certain employment contract revisions that increased the former President’s compensation by $42,706.50.
Finding No. 2: The College’s procedures for documenting approval of tuition and fee waivers needed improvement.
