The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) advertised through the DMS Vendor Bid System (VBS) from May 26, 2020 to June 4, 2020 its desire to contract with Seal Analytical, Inc. for the purchase of the AQ400 Automated Multi-Chemistry Discrete Analyzer Package. Therefore, the Department intends to award a single source purchase to Seal Analytical, Inc.

Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on June 4, 2020 at 9:45 AM (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until June 9, 2020 at 9:45 AM (ET).

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statues, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under chapter 120, Florida Statues.
