The Department opened bids in response to DOT-ITB-20-9111-SJ for Emergency Fuel Services. After evaluating all bids received, the Department intends to rank and award this solicitation as follows: 1. Kimble's Aviation Logistical Services 2. Macro Companies Inc. 3. Sun Coast Resources Inc. A copy of the bid tabulation is provided below. The Department, at its sole discretion, may award more than one contract based on the bids received and the number of fuel resources needed. If more than one award is made, such award will be to the lowest bidder, and then to the next lowest bidder and activated in the same order based on availability of the vendors and the vendor's ability to satisfy the needs of the Department.
