The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to establish a contractual services agreement to provide liquid nitrogen and a 3,000-gallon telemetry monitored bulk liquid nitrogen tank to the Department’s Division of Food Safety Laboratories and Agricultural Environmental Services (AES) laboratories located at 3125 Conner Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1650.
