***NOTE*** This solicitation is temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 orders. All subsequent due dates, and meetings for this solicitation we will be revised accordingly, along with the solicitation schedule once we have clarification on the future of “stay-at-home” orders for Orange county. The Department of Children and Families is seeking a full service (gross) lease for 8,500 square feet (+/- 3%) of office space in the East Orange County, Florida area.
We will hold a Solicitation Conference for this Invitation to Negotiate on March 4, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Department of Children and Families, 400 W. Robinson Street, Suite S1106, Orlando, FL 32801. While we encourage attendance of this Solicitation Conference in person, for those that can’t make it to the meeting, we have established a call-in number at (888) 585-9008 code 395-024-889. Specifications and the geographic boundaries are outlined in the attached solicitation document. All times in this solicitation are Eastern Standard Time (EST). **NOTE** Questions and Answers for this solicitation are attached. ****NOTE #2 ******* Due to the ongoing adverse impact on our daily business and orders to "stay at home" in Orange county, the closing date for this solicitation has been moved back to April 21, 2020 and all subsequent scheduled activities in this solicitation have been amended per the attached changes. FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 120.57(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, FLORIDA STATUTES.
