The Department of Children and Families is seeking a full service (gross) lease for 8,500 square feet (+/- 3%) of office space in the East Orange County, Florida area.

We will hold a Solicitation Conference for this Invitation to Negotiate on March 4, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Department of Children and Families, 400 W. Robinson Street, Suite S1106, Orlando, FL 32801. While we encourage attendance of this Solicitation Conference in person, for those that can’t make it to the meeting, we have established a call-in number at (888) 585-9008 code 395-024-889.

Specifications and the geographic boundaries are outlined in the attached solicitation document.
