Please see the attached document for additional information. ------------------------------------------------ Addendum No. 2: Notice of Negotiation Decision The posting of this Notice of Negotiation Decision will commence on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until Friday, March 20, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. (ET). Pursuant to ITN Section 2.08 – Negotiation Phase, the Department has identified both Respondents be recommended for participation in Negotiations with the Department. Please refer to the “Notice of Negotiation Decision” attached for additional information. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. ------------------------------------------------ Addendum No. 1: Attached are the questions, answers, and modification to the ITN. ------------------------------------------------ The Department of Environmental Protection is requesting responses from qualified vendors who have the ability and resources to provide staff augmentation services for site management for the Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP) and to respond to the events as detailed in this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and Statement of Work (“Scope”). Please see the attached solicitation for additional information.
