Addendum No. 6: Notice of Negotiation Decision

The posting of this Notice of Negotiation Decision will commence on Monday, November 5, 2019 at 8:45 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until Thursday, November 8, 2019 at 8:45 A.M. (ET).

Pursuant to ITN Section 2.08 – Negotiation Phase, the Department has identified the three (3) highest scored vendor(s) recommended for participation in Negotiations with the Department. Please refer to the “Notice of Negotiation Decision” attached for additional information.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.

Addendum No. 3: Notice of Qualification Decision

The posting of this Notice of Qualification Decision will commence on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 12:30 P.M. (ET). and continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, until Monday, June 10, 2019 at 12:30 P.M. (ET).

Pursuant to section 2.04 - Minimum Mandatory System Requirements Phase of the Solicitation, the Department has identified the five (5) Respondents with the greatest Degree of Fit based on the Respondent’s submission to the Minimum Mandatory System Requirements. The DEP Procurement Section has summed the scores in accordance with section 3.01 of the ITN to determine the Qualification Score of each Respondent.

Attached are the Qualification Scores submitted to the Department. The top five (5) Respondents will be allowed to submit a full Reply.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
