Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the “College”, “Owner” or “FSCJ”) is soliciting proposals which has a requirement in which your company may be qualified to submit a formal proposal in response to provide ongoing Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services. Companies and Joint Ventures Elevator Maintenance & Repair companies in the State of Florida should apply. Minority participation is encouraged.

NOTE: Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference has been scheduled for March 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (Jacksonville FL local time) in room T140 of Florida State College at Jacksonville, Advanced Technology Center, 401 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Florida State College at Jacksonville will accept sealed proposal submittals if delivered to the Purchasing Office, 501 West State Street, Room 305A, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 before 2:00 p.m. March 31, 2020 where they will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m.
