The Florida Department of Health’s Division of Disability Determination has the need to purchase software maintenance and support agreement for the existing Disability Determination Case Tracking Software Suite System that is used to process statewide disability cases. This is the only case tracking application used by all states to include our federal partner, Social Security Administration, in order to track and communicate within each state to determine disability eligibility. In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, The Department of Health’s Division of Disability Determination requests authorization to purchase, as single source, the software maintenance agreement from MicroPact.
