THIS IS STATUTORILY MANDATED SEVEN BUSINESS DAY ADVERTISEMENT OF AN INTENDED SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES.SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION FOR DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BE PROCURED AND SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE SAME. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these commodities or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than March 02, 2020. If it is determined by the Department, after reviewing information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Department will post notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor on the Vendor Bid System pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
