The Department of Children and Families advertised through the Vendor Bid System (VBS) its desire to contract with Jenkins Roofing. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence at 2:00 PM, 02/20/2020 and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until 2:00 PM, 02/25/2020.

FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN S. 120.57(3), F.S., OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, F.S
