St. Petersburg College is seeking qualifications from Florida State licensed contractors for a three (3)-year period, to provide construction and design services for college-wide minor projects. Minor projects to be performed under this contract include new construction, renovations, and remodels that do not exceed a construction budget of $2,000,000, or studies for which the professional service fees do not exceed $200,000.
