SCOPE OF WORK: The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is requesting statements of qualifications from professional engineering firms to improve portions of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The proposed scope of the project, includes entrance redesign, restroom facilities, and canoe/kayak accessibility improvements. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Services outlined in Attachment C. INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) will be available for download on Monday, February 10, 2020. Any firm desiring a Project Manual for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us. Request for Proposal will be opened at the below address at 03:30 P.M., March 16, 2020.
