This is a Request for Proposal (RFP)to procure services for an interested, qualified party to design, implement, and operate a Juvenile Diversion Alternative Program (JDAP)for male and female youth, seventeen years of age and under, in the following Circuits: 1,2,3,4,7,14,15,and 19. In addition, at JDAP locations, Civil Citation Services shall be provided to male and female youth, twelve (12) years of age and under, as well as youth who have high needs who have been issued a Civil Citation from law enforcement, or referred by the State Attorney's Office, or by existing Civil Citation programs.
 
Request for Proposal will be opened at the below address at 02:00 P.M., January 24, 2020.

Pursuant to Section 287.057(23), Florida Statutes: Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
