The Department of Children and Families (Department), State Mental Health Treatment Facilities is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of contracting with a vendor to provide an expert in revenue programs and budgetary practices. Any person interested in submitting a bid must comply with any and all terms and conditions described in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
