This addendum forms a part of the contract documents and modifies the original bidding documents. Acknowledgement of this addendum in Exhibit 4 - Bid Proposal form is required. Concerns with this addendum should be addressed to:

1. Mandatory Site Visit and Pre-Bid Meeting: The October 3, 2019 Pre-Bid Meeting has been cancelled and rescheduled. The new Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting date is October 17, 2019 (11:00 AM). The meeting location remains the same (Homestead Readiness Center, 756 Schweinfurt Road, Homestead, Florida).

2. Final Questions From Bidders: The new Final Questions From Bidders deadline is October 28, 2019 (9:00 AM Local Time).

3. Bid Opening Date / Time: Sealed Bids will be received, publicly opened and read aloud on November 14, 2019 (2:00 PM Local Time).
