NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARDDate: September 20, 2019 Project Number and Name: 217038 Brooksville AASF #2 Exterior Lighting Firm Name: LED International Lighting Inc. Firm Location: Brooksville, FL Award Amount: $33,411.00 The State of Florida Department of Military Affairs Construction and Facility Management Office has recommended that the contract for the referenced project be awarded to the firm that is determined to be the apparent lowest, qualified, responsive and responsible bidder as shown above. Any bidder disputing the contract award recommendation must file with the Department of Military Affairs via email or other written communication. Additional guidance can be found in Florida Statute 120.57(3) and Florida Administrative Code (FAC) 28-110. “Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.” Bids accepted by the State are subject to the State’s terms and conditions, and any and all additional terms and conditions submitted by the bidders are rejected and shall have no force and effect. The State of Florida’s performance and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon availability of funding and annual appropriation by the State Legislature.
