The Department is seeking a Vendor to facilitate statewide train-the-trainer of child welfare professionals from the Department and Community-Based Care lead agencies (CBC), in each region, on the philosophy, framework and skills of Family Finding practices. Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with subsections 120.57(3) and 287.042(2), F.S., and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in subsection 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120,F.S.
