The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for the outright purchase, delivery and spreading of approximately 15,000 tons of material for use in road construction, in accordance with the specifications listed herein, for Goethe State Forest located in Levy County, Florida. Invitation to Bid will be opened at the below address at 02:00 P.M., September 30, 2019.
