The Department is seeking a Vendor to provide early intervention home visits for at-risk pregnant women and parents/caregivers using substances and infants affected by substances. The Vendor is required to have existing evidence-based services for early intervention and home visitation for this population and currently be providing services in Florida. Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with subsections 120.57(3) and 287.042(2), F.S., and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in subsection 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S.
