INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to remove and replace the existing boat ramp and access dock per the contract documents.

Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.

Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and
