The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), needs a contractor who can electronically distribute communications to applicants, licensees, education providers, appointing entities (insurance agencies, adjusting firms, self-appointing insurance representatives, etc.).

Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than June 28, 2019 at 9:00 AM (ET).

If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
