THIS IS NOT A BID. This revised posting is to correct a scripter error in estimated dollar amount.

The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), needs to obtain ACISS Fusion software support and upgrade services for the Department’s use through its Division’s bureaus: the Bureau of Fire, Arson, and Explosives Investigations (BFAEI), the Bureau of Insurance Fraud and the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Fraud (Fraud).

Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than June 27, 2019 at 1:15 PM (ET).

If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
