Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to complete all work required for the Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades to Building 16, Rooms 112 and 145 located on the Cocoa Campus at 1519 Clearlake Rd., Cocoa FL 32922. MANDATORY WALKTHROUGH: May 28, 2019 at 9:00 am. This meeting will take place in Building 22, Facilities Services Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Rd., Cocoa FL 32922. General Information will be given along with the opportunity to walkthrough the area. All questions regarding the project scope must be put in writing and emailed to Procurement/Facilities. The referenced ITB, plans, and specifications can be found on the EFSC website, http://www.easternflorida.edu/administration-departments/procurement/solicitation-bids/index.cfm.
