In accordance with division of Purchasing Rule 60A-1, the Department of Military Affairs requests the purchase of equipment and repair services from Meggitt Training Systems Inc. (MTSI).The target system in use on our firing ranges are Meggitt Training Systems. Meggitt Training Systems, Inc. is the sole source for any component, repair, or maintenance to any of the equipment. Caswell /Meggitt was the original supplier of the equipment and is the only source for repair and replacement parts. All the equipment is fabricated and tested with existing equipment we have on our ranges. Meggitt cannot guarantee any components that they do not provide. Meggitt is not liable for any damages to any MTSI equipment that is outfitted with other manufacturers’ equipment. Any modifications or repairs to the system must be performed by an authorized Meggitt technician in order not to void any/all warranties.
