This is a Request for Qualifications. The Department of Management Services (DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management, requests qualifications from a qualified firm to do this work must be a civil engineering firm (requires engineering review and sign-off) with environmental experience. The firms must have experience in landfill closure per FAC 62-701 requirements.
