Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to complete all work required for the for the Melbourne King Center for the Performing Arts Lobby Renovation located on the Melbourne Campus at 3865 N Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935. MANDATORY WALKTHROUGH: June 11, 2019 at 9:00 am. This meeting will take place in the Melbourne King Center for the Performing Arts located on the Melbourne Campus at 3865 N Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935. General Information will be given along with the opportunity to walkthrough the area. All questions regarding the scope must be put in writing and emailed to Procurement Services by June 18, 2019 at 2:00p.m. Drawings and Specifications are provided, in PDF format, on the EFSC Procurement Webpage at http://www.easternflorida.edu/administration-departments/procurement/solicitation-bids/index.cfm. Click on 18-19-11. Bids will be opened on July 9, 2019 at 2:00p.m., Carver Administration Building, Building #2, Room #161, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, Florida 32922. Bids will not be received after the date and time specified. Eastern Florida State College reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
