The State of Florida, Department of Management Services, Division of State Group Insurance is issuing this solicitation to establish a contract or contracts for fully-insured Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan(s) (“MA-PD” or “Plan(s)”). The Department is seeking a qualified Respondent(s) to provide and administer a fully-insured HMO MA-PD plan(s), which include(s) nationwide coverage for Medicare-eligible retirees and their Eligible Dependents enrolled in the State Group Insurance Program (“Program”).
