The Department of Children and Families (Department), Refugee Services (RS) Program is issuing thissolicitation for the purpose of procuring Comprehensive Refugee Services (CRS) for Refugees and Entrants in Palm Beach County. With CRS, the Department seeks to provide an integrated service delivery system focused on promoting the long-term self-sufficiency and social integration of eligible individuals in Palm Beach County. Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with subsections 120.57(3) and 287.042(2), Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code. FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION 120.57(3), F.S., OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND, SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, F.S.
