The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), needs to obtain annual support and maintenance for Advisor and Administrator Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) software installed on the Department of Financial Service’s mainframe.

Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than April 23, 2019 at 9:00 AM (ET).

If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
