The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is requesting Proposals from multiple, qualified, vendors that specialize in one (1) or more of the following multi-platform services: • Creative Content Development; • Creative Content Development; and • Creative Content Development. The Vendor(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required to perform the Services. Please see the attached Solicitation for additional information. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
