NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE procurement for the Florida Dept. of TransportationThe Department of Transportation, State Materials Office is requesting information from prospective vendors regarding their ability to supply the commodities and/or contractual services attached. KNOWN VENDOR: International Cybernetics Corp. Vendor information must be received by 5:00PM (EST) on February 26, 2019 at the address listed in this posting. If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Department will post notice of its intended decision to enter a single source purchase contract on the Vendor Bid System, in the manner specified in s. 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
