The Office of Insurance Regulation (Office), an agency of the state of Florida (State), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a contract with an experienced web development and enterprise content management company to redesign and create a website that meets the needs of the Office and provides the insurance buying public with seamless citizen-centric navigation scheme that is intuitive for the average web user and allows access to relevant information published by the Office.The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this RFP. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
