Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the “College”, “Owner” or “FSCJ”) is soliciting proposals which has a requirement in which your company may be qualified to submit a formal proposal in response to provide ongoing Construction Delivery Order/Job Order Contracting Services. Companies and Joint Ventures licensed as General Contractors in the State of Florida should apply. Minority participation is encouraged. Submission formats and additional information can be obtained from Audrey B. Monroe, Purchasing Construction Contracts Coordinator, Florida State College at Jacksonville, 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, telephone number (904) 632-3086. Submission formats are also available on the College’s web site at http://www.FSCJ.edu/bids and on the State of Florida Vendor Bid System, at www.myflorida.com. NOTE: Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference has been scheduled for February 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (Jacksonville FL local time) in room T112 of Florida State College at Jacksonville, Advanced Technology Center, 401 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Florida State College at Jacksonville will accept sealed proposal submittals if delivered to the Purchasing Office, 501 West State Street, Room 305A, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 before 2:00 p.m. March 26, 2019 where they will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m.
